Morgan Stanley is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join their Workforce Technology and Svcs (WTS) team to liaise with business and stakeholders in all phases of development for critical WTS platforms and key projects. The role aims to leverage innovation to build connections and capabilities that power the Firm, enabling clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of communities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience using angular. Good Angular experience is needed for the role
- 10+ years of experience preferable as Java Developer with Strong analytical skills and programing skills
- Relevant experience with business requirements, structured analysis, process design, UML process and use case definition
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, TDD, BDD and continuous integration
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent understating of OOO, design patterns, Unit testing, Multi-threading, microservices
- HTML5 technologies, Typescript, Javascript, Json, CSS, Angular or React
- Java 17 and higher, Web API , DB: PostGress or Sybase, DB2, MongoDB
Responsibilities
- Work as a liaison between the business and development team in all phases of development from solution definition to deployment
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional, technical and system specifications.
- Responsible for the development, maintenance and support of multiple distributed applications
- Contributing to 24x7 availability and scalability of the solutions
- Analyzing existing designs and interfaces and creating design extensions or enhancements
- Designing and enhancing UIs with a focus on the user experience
- Testing software designs and solutions (including debugging and troubleshooting)

- Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $95,000 and $135,000 per year
