Requirements
- Deep Salesforce Expertise: 7-10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or GTM Technology, with hands-on mastery of Salesforce administration, configuration, and architecture
- Salesforce Certifications: multiple Salesforce certifications are a strong plus (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, CPQ Specialist)
- Architectural Vision: proven ability to design, implement, and optimize a best-in-class GTM tech stack
- AI Acumen: strong understanding of current and emerging AI technologies, with practical experience or a clear vision for how AI can be applied to optimize GTM processes
- Strong Project Management: experience leading complex projects, prioritizing competing demands, and delivering high-quality solutions efficiently
- Clear Communication: ability to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling business value for diverse audiences
- Builder Mentality: resourceful, detail-oriented, and energized by the opportunity to build scalable systems from a strong, evolving foundation
Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce Strategy: architecting the evolution, configuration, integration, and process development of the Salesforce ecosystem
- Integrate AI for GTM: identifying, evaluating, and piloting AI-driven workflows within the GTM tech stack
- Build a Connected Ecosystem: designing and optimizing a best-in-class suite of GTM tools that integrate flawlessly with Salesforce and each other
- Prioritize User Experience: building systems with a sharp focus on usability and adoption
- Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: partnering closely with GTM teams to translate their business needs into effective system solutions
- Manage System Roadmaps: owning and driving the GTM systems roadmap, prioritizing high-impact initiatives and ensuring timely delivery of features
- Optimize Vendor Relationships: managing relationships with vendors for Salesforce and core GTM tools
