Requirements
Experience in auditing, policy development, and risk management frameworks
Ability to evaluate controls, conduct impact assessments, identify control gaps, remediate risk and navigate resolution of potential competing objectives
Ability to analyze and interpret rules, regulations and policies
Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and regulatory developments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and mitigate complex compliance risks
Experience managing diverse teams, and comfort navigating complex, highly-matrixed organizations
Ability to develop talent and appropriate subject matter expertise
Responsibilities
Drive the implementation and adoption of Citi’s Compliance Transformation Plan
Provide program management coverage, input on strategic direction, and reporting and deliverable coordination for initiatives and programs supporting the Compliance Risk Management Framework
Lead the team in drafting and implementing annual fair lending and privacy compliance plans
Lead the development of fair lending and compliance training
Lead the oversight of the tools and technology management for Fair Lending, Privacy and Gen AI
Lead the development of Senior Management and Board reporting
Collaborate with ICRM Business Execution Lead, Controls Lead, and CCO Chief of Staff to ensure consistent implementation and execution of internal activities

15+ years of experience in audit, compliance, or other control-related function in the financial services firm, regulatory organization, or legal/consulting firm, or a combination thereof preferred
Previous work as an auditor or regulator is preferred
Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions through concise and clear messaging
Demonstrated ability to assess complex issues through root cause analysis and other analytical techniques, structure potential solutions, and drive to resolution with senior stakeholders
Ability to influence and lead people across cultures at a senior level using sound judgment and successful execution, understanding how to operate effectively across diverse businesses
Bachelor’s degree, Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or JD) is preferred
