The company is seeking a senior HRIT leader to act as a strategic bridge between HR, IT, and the business, driving technology-enabled solutions that deliver measurable business value. This role will translate business needs into system strategies, shape policy through technology enablement, and lead a team of Product Owners to become trusted solutioning partners.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of HRMS platforms (Oracle HCM strongly preferred; Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar also considered).
  • Demonstrated success in roles that combine HR process expertise, technology solutioning, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience operating in a global, matrixed organization with diverse stakeholders.
  • Prior consulting experience (Big 4 or HR/IT transformation consulting).
  • Experience in both corporate HR roles (HRBP, COE) and HRIT/system deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HRIT solutioning partner for global HR stakeholders — reframing requests into business problems and proposing effective, technology-enabled solutions.
  • Partner closely with Module Owners, System Architecture, and Project Management teams to deliver cohesive, cross-functional solutions in an Oracle HCM environment.
  • Champion a solution mindset across HRIT, ensuring that technology strategies align with business objectives and HR policy.
  • Translate business needs into system strategies.
  • Shape policy through technology enablement.

Other

  • 10+ years of progressive experience across HR and IT, with significant exposure to HR technology solutioning and HR processes/policy.
  • Strong leadership skills — proven ability to coach and elevate a team to operate strategically.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills; able to engage credibly with senior HR executives and reframe requirements into business outcomes.
  • Track record of stepping into a “second-in-command” or deputy role.
  • This is a remote role, based anywhere in the US - strong preference for East Coast time-zones, or in the UK.
