Transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology, specifically in computer vision, perception, electro-optical, infrared, and sensor data
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong engineering background, ideally in areas/fields such as Computer Vision, Imaging, or Sensor Processing
- Ability to quickly understand and navigate complex systems and detailed requirements
- Capable of solving complex technical problems with little oversight
Responsibilities
- own the coordination of all resources and the build out of the team for successful execution across programs and internal R&D efforts
- guide the team through product development
- establish long term goals
- own the technical architecture for the group
- develop unique technologies, algorithms, and meeting the needs of unique sensors within the DOD space
Other
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
- Willingness to travel frequently
- 10+ years of experience in a senior role leading software programs from initial concept through test and delivery to customers
