Atrius Health is looking for an IT Infrastructure Operations Manager to direct the team in day-to-day technology operations, act as a key point of escalation, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives. The role involves establishing goals for infrastructure growth, managing needs with financial stewardship, and collaborating with Optum experts to maintain the integrity of the infrastructure.
Requirements
- Must be familiar with a diverse set of technologies including networking, border security including VPN and Firewalls
- Strong, hands-on operations background with a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of IT Infrastructure
- Significant experience with mission critical systems in a 24X7X365 environment
- Thorough knowledge of computer operations support including an understanding of electrical power, HVAC and fire suppression systems
- Ensures availability and stability of systems leveraging our monitoring infrastructure
- Responsible for the security of the infrastructure through the management of security and intrusion prevention methodologies as outlined by IT Information Security policy
- Responsible for management and execution of standard operating processes and the installation of IT Infrastructure

- Directs workflow, resolves technical problems and ensures general operations conform to established standards

- Seven to ten years management experience, including a record of successful delivery of IT solutions as an IT Manager required
- Must possess sound judgment with the ability to work and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn quickly, work autonomously, and address issues that arise, day-or-night
- Demonstrated self-starter, with the ability to set the direction when there is little or none
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
