Equinix is looking to design, develop, and manage the lifecycle of products or groups of products from concept to launch to end of life, translating market opportunities and customer demand into viable products and services that differentiate Equinix in the market.
Requirements
- Agile Development & Methodologies, preferably in large organizations
- Marketing process, channel program and Marketing operations experience required
- Product Vision and Roadmap Creation
- Experience with Marketing systems and transformation
- Prioritization, planning and backlog management
Responsibilities
- Designs, develops and manages the lifecycle of a product or group of products from concept to launch to end of life.
- Translates market opportunities and customer demand into viable products and services that differentiate Equinix in the market.
- Sets the vision and strategy for their product ensuring it is competitively positioned and customer-centric.
- Manages the product roadmap including features, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line.
- Works cross functionally with user experience, engineering, operations, solution architects, marketing and others to design, build and launch new products and/or product features.
- Apply user-centered design principles and practices to campaign tracking, outreach, lead, and contact management
- Capture customer and employee business requirements into Epics
Other
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience owning and delivering products
- Strong leadership skills and the proven ability to drive organizational change
- Strong communication skills with ability to align the organization on complex technical decisions
- Active coach and mentor whose goals are to grow and maximize team potential
- Experience managing geographically distributed teams
