Requirements
- Azure AI Certification or ARTIBA Preferred
- Proficiency in using process mapping tools and data analysis software
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies: Familiarity with techniques utilizing AI
- Experience in process improvement, operations, or related fields
- Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions
- Technical skills: Proficiency in using software and technology to improve/optimize operations
- Experience with project management tools and techniques
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement
- Develop improvement strategies using methodologies, Artificial Intelligence, systems, software directly, and/or utilizing third-party assistance
- Implement and monitor changes to ensure new processes are implemented successfully
- Prepare reports and recommendations on project progress and recommendations for improvement to senior management
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in process improvement
- Document and maintain process flow to ensure that process documentation is accurate and organized
- Train and mentor team members on process improvement methods and best practices
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5-7 years’ of Experience in process improvement or project management
- 20% Overnight travel required
- Communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Leadership skills: Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve process issues
