UnifyCX is looking to add a Director of AI Product & Engineering to own the entire product development and deployment lifecycle for their AI-driven features, from client engagement to post-launch optimization, and to define the ongoing product roadmap and custom client development efforts, ensuring successful AI deployments that meet specific client needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a product management or engineering role in the enterprise software, CX , SaaS, or data-driven products space.
- Demonstrated ability to work with sales and operations teams to manage the end-to-end product projects for clients, from client engagement to optimization.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand complex requirements and communicate them clearly to the engineering team
- Experience with conversational AI, natural language processing (NLP), or predictive analytics.
Responsibilities
- Define and deployment strategy and phasing for the roll out of all AI-powered CX solutions.
- Understand per client customization needs and integrations with client’s internal systems such as telephony, CRM, knowledge base, etc.
- Conduct analysis across the UnifyCX client base to identify opportunities for AI use-cases in the CX space, focusing on unlocking new use-cases for existing products.
- Develop and prioritize the AI product roadmap, balancing short-term client needs with long-term goals.
- Lead the day-to-day development and customization of AI features for key clients, working closely with sales, operations, and customer success teams.
- Manage the end-to-end deployment process for AI features with key clients, ensuring smooth integration and successful outcomes.
- Monitor and measure the performance of AI deployments, using key CX metrics (e.g. AHT, CSAT, NPS, etc.) to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate ROI for clients.
Other
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert on AI for both internal teams and external clients.
- Participate in sales conversations and conduct product demos for prospective and current clients to showcase UnifyCX’s AI platform capabilities.
- Effectively communicate the value, capabilities, and limitations of AI to diverse stakeholders, including executives, sales teams, and non-technical clients.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to understand client needs and ensure successful product adoption during Proof of Concept (PoC) phase.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- A track record of successfully deploying products for enterprise clients.
- Understanding of the CX industry and how AI can be leveraged to solve customer-facing problems.
- Background in a B2B SaaS environment.
