Holland & Knight is looking to solve the problem of providing market leading artificial intelligence products to its lawyers and driving the adoption of legal technology.
Requirements
Expertise in artificial intelligence platforms (e.g., Harvey, CoCounsel, Copilot)
Experience with, and willingness to continue learning in an evolving market.
Ability to develop effective and collaborative relationships among business teams, lawyers, firm administrative departments, and vendors.
Champion for change management, process improvement, user adoption, and the constant evolution of complex data strategies and needs.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business functions.
Ability to manage multiple complex assignments with competing deadlines and priorities.
Demonstrated success leading large-scale platform deployments and driving organizational change.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end implementation of AI products from procurement through launch and optimization.
Partner with IT, vendors, and other third parties to address system-level technical issues, manage internal and external integrations, and implement upgrades and enhancements.
Identify emerging AI technologies and assess their applicability to legal practice areas.
Align platform strategy with broader IT architecture and governance standards.
Oversee compliance with relevant policies to ensure information governance and compliance across platforms.
Management, budget, and oversight of AI vendors.
Develop comprehensive training and onboarding programs tailored to different user groups and maturity levels.

10+ years of experience in legal industry, knowledge management, or enterprise analytics leadership.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
Willingness to work beyond regular hours and travel, as necessary.
