They are hiring a Director of Analytics & Research to shape their investment strategy and risk framework.
Requirements
- Comfort with tools like Python, SQL, NLP models, LLMs, and visualization platforms
Responsibilities
- Lead research on macroeconomic, geopolitical, and sectoral trends.
- Design and manage risk frameworks, including stress-testing.
- Build dashboards for portfolio monitoring and performance attribution.
- Oversee data collection and ensure consistency of research inputs.
- Partner with the investment team to integrate insights into deal evaluation
- Present findings to the CIO and Investment Committee
Other
- 10+ years’ experience in research, strategy, consulting, or investment management
- Strong background in financial markets and economics (private capital experience a plus)
- Interest in applying AI/data science to investment research
- Entrepreneurial, collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
- An advanced degree and/or CFA are preferred but not required.
