Innovaccer Inc. is looking for a Director of Analytics Product Enablement to bridge the gap between product, customer success, and end users, driving adoption of their analytical products.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to understand business needs and make technical concepts relatable to end-users.
  • Proven track record of driving product adoption and customer engagement.
  • Experience creating customer-facing enablement content (presentations, videos, knowledge base articles, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the “last line of defense” to ensure product quality, including validity of data and calculations and ability to discern meaningful insights
  • Partner closely with the Customer Success team to collect feedback on customers’ needs, challenges, and adoption barriers. identifying product improvement opportunities and underserved customer use-cases and needs.
  • Partner with teams focused on measuring outcomes and value to develop, sponsor, and support proactive product adoption strategies.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within product teams, advocating for improvements that enhance product value and end-user experience.
  • Track adoption metrics, analyze usage patterns, and recommend strategies to increase product adoption and retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design adoption campaigns, onboarding experiences, and customer education initiatives.
  • Develop engaging, relatable, and easy-to-understand content (guides, tutorials, videos, webinars, FAQs) to improve product usability and customer engagement.

Other

  • 10+ years of experience in product adoption, customer success, product marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with product, CS, and marketing teams.
  • Customer-first mindset with the ability to translate feedback into actionable improvements.
