Belle Tire is looking to transform and modernize its digital platforms, with a focus on its website and eCommerce experience, to elevate customer engagement, drive conversion, and fuel growth.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of digital UX best practices, analytics, SEO, content management systems, and commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Marketing Cloud, Magento).
  • Experience working in agile/scrum environments.
  • Data-driven mindset with a bias for action, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with development and IT teams.
  • Experience with digital marketing, omnichannel commerce, or customer experience design.
  • Background in retail, automotive, or consumer services industries.
  • Experience leading large-scale website or eCommerce transformations.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the transformation of legacy experiences, introducing modern technologies, frameworks, and user-centric design.
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management: from research, strategy, and concepting to testing, launch, optimization, and iteration.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI, engineering, and data teams to ensure high-quality execution and performance.
  • Monitor KPIs and customer insights to continually improve digital experiences, increase conversions, and reduce friction.
  • Advocate for innovation, agility, and experimentation in digital product development and operations.
  • Serve as the product owner in agile ceremonies, prioritizing features and enhancements based on impact and effort.
  • Establish and manage a high-performing cross-functional team.

Other

  • 8+ years of digital product management experience, with 3+ years in a leadership or director-level role.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
