  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for digital solutions, emphasizing cybersecurity and software capabilities within the medical device industry.
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with product roadmaps and customer needs.
  • Lead go-to-market planning for AI-powered solutions and software platforms, ensuring clear messaging and positioning.
  • Drive thought leadership and content development around cybersecurity trends, software innovation, and digital transformation.
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives to support product launches, customer engagement, and partner enablement.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to refine marketing strategies.
  • Oversee digital campaigns, demand generation, and performance metrics to optimize marketing ROI.

Other

  • Bachelor's degree required, Engineering, Marketing, Business, Computer Science strongly preferred; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years experience in marketing leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to key sites and stakeholder locations.
