Aritzia is growing and needs to leverage data to meet and exceed business goals by developing and implementing an enterprise-wide customer data infrastructure to enable seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.
Requirements
- Cloud & platform architecture (BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Composer)
- Having led (and manage) implementations on The Adobe Experience Platform: RealTime-CDP, Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, Segmentation
- Having been through a migration between of Customer Data Platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in SI vendor selection & management
- Built and led teams responsible for integration & API management (TypeScript/Node.js/HighTouch/Google Cloud Pub-Sub/Apigee)
- Data governance & strategy (DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM)
- Analytics & activations (understanding of marketing technology stacks, customer orchestration tools, real-time personalization and A/B testing frameworks)
Responsibilities
- Lead the team to define a platform that integrates with our data warehouse to drive real-time data activation across all customer facing channels at Aritzia
- Lead the team to provide reliable, compliant, consistent and performant customer data solutions with excellent proactive and reactive support
- Lead the team to provide customer technology features that unlock business and technology value
- Lead the team to implement structured testing that ensures functionality, identifying and addressing deficiencies
- Partner closely with our Principal Architects to ensure solutions are architected and delivered within an acceptable timeframe and are of high quality
- Own the architecture, platforms, integrations, and governance frameworks that enable seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints
- Build and maintain the technical foundation that powers personalized customer interactions, enabling real-time data activation across websites, mobile applications, performance marketing campaigns, and physical retail environments
