Crunchyroll is looking to improve its Android platform development by hiring a Director of Engineering to lead the team and foster a culture of excellence in operations, engineering, and delivery.
Requirements
- Languages: Kotlin, Java
- Frameworks & Libraries: Experience with frameworks like Jetpack libraries
- High-level understanding of Android development technologies, frameworks and languages
- Modern Android development tools and practices
- Experience with continuous integration and delivery
Responsibilities
- Aligning Android development strategies with business goals
- Creating development roadmaps
- Implementing and overseeing testing processes, test automation, continuous integration and delivery
Other
- 10+ years of applicable engineering/development experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a software engineering capacity
- Demonstrated leadership in establishing code quality, software testing, and product reliability in Android development teams
- Built and managed global and cohesive teams while recognizing and nurturing talent
