Requirements
10+ years of relevant industry experience in computer science, engineering, or a related field
5+ years of hands-on experience as an iOS developer using Swift, Objective-C, UIKit, SwiftUI, Combine, and XCode in an agile environment
5+ years of hands-on experience as an Android developer using Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, Gradle, and Android Studio in an agile environment
Deep experience building multi-module iOS apps using Clean Architecture and/or MVVM patterns
Experience working within environments heavily focused on TDD, automation, and DevSecOps concepts to rapidly deliver, measure, and iterate on products and features
Responsibilities
Lead a team of iOS and Android engineers who are responsible for building, maintaining, and deploying native mobile apps
Set technical direction for the engineering team and define architectural standards in partnership with other leaders
Provide direct management, coaching, and mentoring for a growing engineering team
Partner effectively with other leaders in the group to develop a cohesive and comprehensive technical strategy and roadmap
Work closely with business partners to understand their needs and help drive technical decisions in support of these goals

Hybrid working model requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office
