Visa is seeking a Director of Operations to enable the organization to deliver against the global product roadmap for consumer payments products, including Credit, Debit, Visa Flex Credential, and Visa Payment Passkey.
Requirements
- Strong background in business operations, strategic planning, or program management
- Payments experience a plus
- Proven success running team operating cadences in large, matrixed organizations
- Experience working with senior leaders and executive stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing leadership presentations and communications
- High degree of autonomy and ownership and ability to execute with limited oversight
- Strategic and analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and project execution
Responsibilities
- Lead quarterly business reviews, delivery reviews, and portfolio management updates across Global Product and Initiatives and adjacent organizations
- Run annual operating plan and resource prioritization
- Manage Objective and Key Results development, tracking and reporting
- Support internal audits and product roadmap review sessions
- Coordinate with product managers, regional teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Develop and maintain business performance dashboards
- Manage Jira Align hygiene and other systems that support product initiative tracking and delivery
Other
- 10 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 8 years of relevant work experience with an Advanced degree or 3 years relevant work experience with a PhD
- Travel 5-10% of the time
- Ability to influence across functions and levels with a collaborative, team-first mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
