ASAPP is looking to deliver the best AI-powered customer experience by leveraging its Core ML Platform and data tools, and the Director of Product will lead the strategy, execution, and adoption of these platforms to empower data engineers, scientists, and developers across the company.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in ML/AI development tools and platforms
- Proven track record delivering and scaling complex enterprise products.
- Strong understanding of developer productivity and how to measure/improve it.
- Experience working closely with engineers, data scientists, and research teams.
- Skilled in balancing tradeoffs, driving decisions, and influencing stakeholders.
- Ability to move seamlessly between high-level strategy and execution details.
- Ownership mindset with accountability, creativity, and analytical rigor.
Responsibilities
- Own successful execution of the Core ML Platform area.
- Drive adoption of ML Platform data tools across diverse roles and business groups.
- Partner with platform teams to advance a shared vision for ML/AI acceleration.
- Define and track success metrics (adoption, productivity, business outcomes).
- Anticipate risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure product success.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to inform product strategy.
- Maintain and prioritize backlog to ensure focus on the highest-value work.
