Compassus is looking to develop and manage innovative value-based care models, requiring leadership in product development, market implementation, and growth strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of healthcare work experience with product management/development, growth, negotiations, and/or account management required.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from leaders, team members, investors, and external parties.
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English.
Responsibilities
- Leads product development activities, including thought leadership, product rationalization, product-related ROI and financial modeling, playbook creation, and clinical operations design.
- Leads product implementation in coordination with clinical operations partner and project management team.
- Provides product oversight and management.
- Leads product growth activities, including pipeline development and management, growth, and contracting in collaboration with partnership and legal teams.
- Acts as a central point of contact for the product with ultimate product accountability.
- Develops long-range product strategies and guides fiscal planning for future positioning, growth, and evolution of the product platform.
- Stays up-to-date on all new competitive product launches and trends and issues comprehensive critiques of competitive products in the marketplace.
