Electronic Arts is looking to define and lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for EA's next-generation AI-powered analytics platforms to maximize data and AI-powered products to accelerate and improve decision-making by enhancing experiences for both players and teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, including 3+ years in AI/ML or analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, agile practices, and full-stack product delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with both Generative AI and traditional AI/ML methods, with a passion for staying current with evolving technologies.
  • Familiarity with enterprise data architecture, design systems, and user-centered design principles.
  • Experience launching enterprise-grade products that bring measurable revenue.
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences, with a focus on relationship-building.

Responsibilities

  • Define, refine, and communicate the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery plans for scalable, Generative AI–based analytics products.
  • Build and prioritize the product backlog, assess requests, and deliver sprint-ready requirements that ensure smooth engineering delivery.
  • Lead demos, sprint reviews, and progress updates to align partners and senior leadership across the company.
  • Partner with design and UX teams to create intuitive, inclusive experiences that unlock the full potential of AI for game creators.
  • Work with the AI Technologies team to build integrated, cross-platform capabilities that scale across the EA ecosystem.
  • Ensure your team delivers secure, high-performing, and reliable products that meet both business timelines and user needs.
