Requirements
- Deep understanding of modern product engineering (React, React Native, Node.js, cloud-native services)
- Experience with modern web and mobile technologies (React, React Native, Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, REST)
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and CI/CD practices
- Strong background in agile methodologies and leading high-performing squads
- Proven track record of delivering customer-facing features at scale in SaaS or consumer tech
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product and Design leadership to define and execute Medefy’s product roadmap
- Translate business objectives and customer insights into scalable technical solutions
- Lead, mentor, and grow product-focused engineering teams working across web, mobile, and API-driven experiences
- Oversee development of high-quality, scalable product features and services
- Drive adoption of best practices in agile development, CI/CD, automated testing, and observability
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in software engineering, with 5+ in leadership roles managing product engineering teams
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and retain top talent
- Ability to communicate effectively in English using written and verbal channels
- Must be able to read and interpret complex written information such as healthcare documentation, performance reports, and company procedures
