Requirements
- Familiarity with technical or related platforms such as Salesforce, MuleSoft, Rally.
- Demonstrates leadership in executing IT plans successfully that enable technical or business capabilities and address technology or business priorities
- Able to apply broad business and technology understanding of internal and external trends and capabilities, to ensure successful implementation of IT plans.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Lean leadership principles
- 8+ years of experience in IT or software engineering background.
- Proven and demonstrated knowledge and skills in one or more technologies or industries
- Able to communicate a compelling vision and need for change that generates excitement, enthusiasm, and commitment to the process
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic planning and portfolio management for key initiatives to design, build, and deliver scalable technology solutions.
- Ensure engineering excellence through best practices like test-driven development, CI/CD, and automation.
- Champion AI-driven innovation for client onboarding, predictive modeling, and natural language processing.
- Lead Agile Teams: Oversee multiple engineering teams to build, enhance, and support technology solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define technology roadmaps, portfolio priorities, and architectural considerations.
- Portfolio Management: Define and manage a portfolio of change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and resource availability.
- Engineering Excellence: Ensure teams apply best practices in software engineering, including test-driven development, continuous integration, automation, and adherence to Agile principles.
