RELEX Solutions needs to define and lead the product strategy for Forecasting & Replenishment (F&R), with a specific focus on driving innovation, usability, and measurable business value in the North American market to maintain its leadership position in supply chain optimization.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of product leadership experience in B2B SaaS, supply chain, or retail tech
- Experience developing product strategy in a global or regional context
- Deep knowledge of forecasting, replenishment, or planning optimization
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering business outcomes
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders without formal authority
- Experience with vertical packaging, global product messaging, or GTM strategy is considered as a plus
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the product strategy for Forecasting & Replenishment
- Prioritize North American requirements while ensuring strategic alignment globally
- Translate company-wide KPIs (e.g., NPS, win rate, attach rate, margin) into focus areas
- Identify product opportunities and recommend build, partner, or acquisition paths
- Influence the global product roadmap to ensure it reflects North American priorities
- Provide validated, market-driven insights to guide development
- Collaborate with global Product and R&D teams to ensure timely, scalable delivery
Other
- Act as the strategic product lead for North America - RELEX’s most critical growth market
- Engage with key customers, partners, and prospects to validate priorities and opportunities
- Ensure the F&R product is well-positioned to win and deliver in the regional market
- Align with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on launches, messaging, and enablement
- Drive vertical-specific use case packaging and pricing strategies
