Booksy is looking to solve the problem of expanding its provider domain with a focus on acquisition, activation, onboarding, and retention of new B2B customers, primarily small and medium-sized businesses, to drive rapid growth initiatives within a product-led SaaS environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading growth initiatives in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with a focus on product-led growth (PLG) strategies targeting SMB customers.
- Strong expertise in acquisition and onboarding processes, with a track record of driving user activation and conversion from trial to paid subscriptions.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for experimentation, rapid testing, and optimizing growth loops to maximize customer acquisition and retention.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across product, marketing, and engineering teams to build scalable growth engines and lifecycle marketing programs.
- Proven experience in product-led growth (PLG) within a B2B SaaS environment, ideally working with SMB customers.
- Strong background in acquisition, activation, and onboarding strategies that drive conversion from trial to paid customers.
- Demonstrated ability to lead data-driven experimentation and rapid growth initiatives with measurable impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead the growth-focused segment of the provider domain, driving acquisition and activation strategies to increase the number of new B2B customers, primarily small and medium-sized businesses.
- Design and execute fast-paced, data-driven experiments to optimise onboarding processes and accelerate conversion from trial to paid subscriptions.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and engineering teams to build and scale growth engines, including referral programs and growth loops that leverage existing customers to attract new ones.
- Develop and implement tactical retention initiatives aimed at reducing churn by addressing key renewal decision points, such as flexible subscription management options.
- Own the product-led growth motion by working at the intersection of product and marketing, focusing on lifecycle marketing and maximising the discovery and use of existing product features to drive customer success and growth.
