- Own the product lifecycle from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment with consumer insights, customer needs, and business goals.
- Define and manage portfolio strategy, product roadmaps, and innovation pipelines.
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Packaging, Supply Chain and Sales to ensure successful product launches.
- Oversee commercialization timelines, budgets, and cross-functional deliverables.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate product performance and market impact.
- Drive continuous improvement in product development processes and go-to-market execution.

- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG), with proven leadership in product management, commercialization, and cross-functional team leadership.
