Michael Baker International is seeking to solve complex problems in public safety and enterprise GIS markets by providing innovative, spatially accurate, and integrated GIS data management and indoor mapping solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of modern product discovery and delivery methodologies.
- Experience using agile frameworks to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Experience working with public safety answering points (PSAPs) or emergency communication centers.
- Certifications: ENP, GISP are a plus
- Ability to succeed and embody a growth mindset in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Geography, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for DATAMARK’s solutions, ensuring alignment with industry needs and standards.
- Drive consistent, rapid, and effective execution of the product strategy.
- Champion modern product discovery, customer discovery, and development processes to deliver impactful solutions.
- Review and guide the work of product teams, resolving conflicts and ensuring alignment.
- Promote a culture of continuous innovation, rapid testing, and learning.
- Foster strong collaboration with engineering, sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with the product vision.
- Coach and develop product owners, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
