Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for specialty and commodity products, focusing on market expansion, product innovation, and competitive positioning.
- Oversee the management of a diverse product portfolio, including non-wood siding and trim specialty products and commodity products sold across distribution markets.
- Grow commodity volume and margin dollars while managing risk of significant market losses through the cycle.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, providing actionable insights to inform product strategies.
- Establish and track performance metrics to measure the success of product initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
