SIMCO needs a Director of Product Management Lead to drive the product vision, market strategy, and customer engagement for their calibration services, focusing on regulated industries and optimizing product positioning.
Requirements
- Experience in data-driven decision-making and using metrics to improve product and marketing outcomes.
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing or product management roles, with a focus on B2B, SaaS and/or regulated industries.
- Strong knowledge of the calibration, test, or measurement industry, especially for biomedical and aerospace sectors is a plus.
- Proven track record of driving successful go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
- Conduct pricing analysis, competitive benchmarking, and value-based pricing models to optimize profitability and adoption.
- Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that resonate with target audiences and differentiate SIMCO’s offerings in the marketplace.
- Create product collateral, case studies, and other marketing materials to support sales efforts.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for SIMCO’s calibration services.
- Lead pricing strategy development and execution for SIMCO’s services, and offers to drive growth, profits, and customers.
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies to drive product adoption and growth.
- Lead competitive analysis to inform product positioning, pricing, and market segmentation.
- Develop and manage customer feedback through frequent engagement with customers and our customer advisory board.
- Develop metrics to measure and report on the effectiveness of product strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Prioritize product features, enhancements, and releases based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer-facing messaging.
