SIMCO needs a Director of Product Management Lead to drive the product vision, market strategy, and customer engagement for their calibration services, focusing on regulated industries and optimizing product positioning.

Requirements

  • Experience in data-driven decision-making and using metrics to improve product and marketing outcomes.
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing or product management roles, with a focus on B2B, SaaS and/or regulated industries.
  • Strong knowledge of the calibration, test, or measurement industry, especially for biomedical and aerospace sectors is a plus.
  • Proven track record of driving successful go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
  • Conduct pricing analysis, competitive benchmarking, and value-based pricing models to optimize profitability and adoption.
  • Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that resonate with target audiences and differentiate SIMCO’s offerings in the marketplace.
  • Create product collateral, case studies, and other marketing materials to support sales efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for SIMCO’s calibration services.
  • Lead pricing strategy development and execution for SIMCO’s services, and offers to drive growth, profits, and customers.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies to drive product adoption and growth.
  • Lead competitive analysis to inform product positioning, pricing, and market segmentation.
  • Develop and manage customer feedback through frequent engagement with customers and our customer advisory board.
  • Develop metrics to measure and report on the effectiveness of product strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Prioritize product features, enhancements, and releases based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.

Other

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer-facing messaging.
