- 5+ years experience leading Product for Managed Services or similar functions in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong background in service delivery, customer success, and operational management.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the vision and roadmap for Managed Services, aligning with Mimecast’s broader business objectives.
- Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a diverse team of service delivery professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Customer Excellence: Oversee onboarding, project management, and ongoing support for customers, ensuring a seamless and remarkable experience at every stage of their journey.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive service innovation and customer satisfaction.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement best practices, KPIs, and processes to ensure high-quality, scalable, and efficient service delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a senior point of contact for key customers and internal stakeholders, representing Managed Services at the leadership level.
