Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B product marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in enterprise SaaS or technology-driven organizations.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technology into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing product strategy through market insights.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and existing offerings.
  • Partner with Product leadership to influence roadmap decisions based on market trends, buyer needs, and competitive intelligence.
  • Evangelize ESO's value propositions across internal teams and external audiences.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to build customer personas, segmentation, and actionable insights.
  • Maintain competitive intelligence and industry trends to inform positioning and messaging.
  • Develop differentiated solution messaging that addresses buyer pain points and aligns with ESO's vision.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across all channels, including sales enablement, demand generation, and customer communications.
