Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or Product Management within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, product lifecycle management, and go-to-market processes.
  • Experience building scalable processes and frameworks that enable product teams to move faster and make better decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive execution of key company initiatives (e.g., internationalization, onboarding & activation, product adoption, and strategic platform investments).
  • Create and maintain clear project plans, timelines, and accountability structures to ensure initiatives move forward efficiently.
  • Partner with functional leads to define success metrics, track progress, and communicate outcomes across the organization.
  • Serve as the central coordinator across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success to align teams on goals, dependencies, and priorities.
  • Facilitate collaboration between leadership and execution teams, ensuring clarity around company objectives and product strategy.
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and ensure follow-through across departments.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills — able to distill complexity into clarity.
  • A bias for action, ownership, and collaboration — you thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution.
