Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years in product management and strategy within the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing banking products and services.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of cash management, treasury services and financial technology products, services and trends.
- Ability to work with minimal direction and deal with time pressures and changing priorities.

- Develop and implement product roadmaps that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the creation and enhancement of products.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve products.
- Leverage technology to enhance product offerings and streamline operations.
- Oversee product budgets, pricing strategies, and profitability analysis.
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, retail, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful product launch.
