Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in launching and marketing products using strong product positioning and messaging
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and creative skills.
- Market research and analysis capabilities
- Experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive product marketing strategies that support business goals and maximize product adoption and revenue.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive landscape. Use insights to guide product positioning and messaging.
- Define and refine product value propositions, messaging frameworks and differentiation strategies to ensure our courses stand out in the real estate learning marketplace.
- Oversee the planning and execution of go-to-market activities, including product launches and messaging.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze metrics, and report on the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns adjusting strategies as needed.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product marketing team; foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
