Molaprise is looking for a Director of Sales to lead and expand strategic accounts across the public sector (SLED) and enterprise verticals including finance, energy, oil and gas, and professional services. This role is focused on driving adoption of AI, cloud, and security solutions with clients navigating large-scale digital transformation.

Requirements

  • Deep familiarity with enterprise technology (AI, Cloud, Data Engineering) and ability to communicate complex solutions to C-suite buyers
  • Familiarity with AI use cases in government, education, energy, or financial services
  • Background in AI-native product or solution sales, with understanding of software development and systems integration lifecycles
  • Experience working with public sector or financial clients on digital transformation or modernization initiatives
  • Prior experience with partner alliances and channel strategy with top cloud or AI providers

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for AI and enterprise engineering offerings
  • Lead pipeline development from strategic prospecting and partnership building to closing enterprise-scale deals
  • Partner with technology and engineering leadership to translate innovation into commercial value
  • Own and drive the sales process — from lead generation and client engagement to negotiation and long-term account growth
  • Lead executive-level client relationships, delivering strategic solutions that align with both technical and business outcomes
  • Collaborate with cloud and technology partners (AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.) to co-sell and co-market joint solutions
  • Leverage data-driven insights and AI tools to improve sales forecasting, targeting, and client engagement strategies

Other

  • 10+ years of experience in technology sales, preferably with experience selling into SLED or regulated enterprise sectors
  • Proven success building and scaling sales organizations, including recruiting, training, and performance management
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets in multi-million-dollar accounts
  • Strong experience in strategic partnerships, ecosystem development, and joint go-to-market execution
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a passion for turning innovation into growth
