The company is looking to solve the problem of developing and executing a long-term product vision and strategic roadmap aligned with business goals, driving product lifecycle planning, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
- Experience with PLM systems, forecasting tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong experience in strategic planning, P&L management, and financial analysis.
- Deep understanding of go-to-market strategies, customer insights, and market dynamics.
- Technical Capacity (MS Office)
- Experience in global product development and working with international sourcing or manufacturing teams.
- Background in consumer product categories, especially trend-driven businesses.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the long-term product vision aligned with company goals / timelines.
- Develop and oversee the strategic product roadmap across all categories.
- Identify new market opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle: concept, development, launch, and end-of-life.
- Collaborate with sales, sourcing and PD teams overseas to bring products to market that meet trend, regional trends and attractive features for US Market - efficiently and on time.
- Drive prioritization of features, innovation, newness, line extensions and continuous improvement.
- Manage product P&L, including margin goals, pricing strategy, and SKU optimization.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or other related field
- 5-7 years’ experience in product management, sales planning, or other similar role(s)
- Must be able to lift 5 – 20 lbs periodically and 50lbs on occasion
- Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours
- Ability to sit for up to 8 hours
- Up to 25% travel required
