Responsibilities
- Define and update the software development strategy to streamline current workflows and enable future product growth.
- Oversee projects from planning through release, including scoping, prioritization, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Ensure delivery of projects within established timelines, budgets, and quality criteria, while demonstrating measurable business value.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of senior and junior software engineers, fostering collaboration and alignment with corporate goals.
- Develop and manage operating and capital budgets, ensuring fiscal discipline.
- Drive adherence to the company’s Code of Ethical Conduct, Quality System, ISO standards, and FDA regulations.
- Collaborate with R&D leadership on the development and launch of next-generation technologies and services.
