The Ranger Group is seeking a Director of Software Engineering for an Aerospace client to lead a large team in developing flight-critical software.
Requirements
- Strong DO-178 certification experience up to DAL-A.
- Strong background in embedded, real-time, flight critical, safety critical or nuclear critical software development.
Responsibilities
- Lead a large team of 50+ software engineers.
- Oversee the development of embedded, real-time, flight critical, safety critical or nuclear critical software.
Other
- 10+ years of Total Mgmt Experience, most recently at a Director+ level leading a large team of 50+.
- EE degree w/ CS minor OR Computer Engineering, OR CS with embedded experience.
- Position will require relocation to the Chicago area as position is slotted as a hybrid onsite/remote role.
