The role involves driving impact across teams, technologies, and projects, utilizing in-depth knowledge of software, applications, technical processes, and product management to manage complex initiatives and serve as a key decision-maker and innovation driver.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertise
- Experience managing and leading cross-functional teams of technologists
- Experience with Product Owner and Product Manager
- Expertise in Agile Methodology including tools like Jira and Jira Align
- Experience in architectural design and data modeling
- Practical cloud native experience
- Full stack development - Java
Responsibilities
- Lead technology and process implementations as solution architect to achieve functional technology objectives
- Partner with Data Product and Data Engineer teams on deliver firmwide data strategies for analytics and AI Models
- Partner with Learning Product teams to accomplish the key business deliverables including streamline learn offerings
- Make decisions that influence teams’ resources, budget, tactical operations, and the execution and implementation of processes and procedures
- Carry governance accountability for coding decisions, control obligations, and measures of success such as cost of ownership, maintainability, and portfolio operations
- Deliver technical solutions that can be leveraged across multiple businesses and domains

- Formal training or certification on team leadership concepts and 10+ years applied experience.
- Experience with hiring, developing, and recognizing talent
- Experience in running roadmap planning and resource allocations
- Influence peer leaders and senior stakeholders across the business, product, and technology teams
