Requirements
- Proven experience (10+ years) in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven (5 years) experience delivering integrated HW and SW products into dynamic markets
- Experience in automotive, mobility, aerospace, or complex robotics embedded systems industries
- Strong background in software integration and delivering high-quality, customer-facing platforms
- Deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle and modern development practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD)
- Familiarity with Docker, Jenkins, Git, and artifact management tools
- Familiarity with safety-critical or regulated software environments
Responsibilities
- Lead the integration of core product team software into customer vehicle platforms
- Ensure seamless platform delivery that meets stringent quality and performance standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, QA, and operations teams to enable smooth deployments
- Define and implement the software development strategy, aligned with company goals
- Lead the full SW lifecycle: planning, architecture, development, testing, release, and maintenance for programs of record
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing engineering organization that fosters innovation and accountability
- Promote best practices in software engineering, including CI/CD, testing automation, and scalable architectures
