Requirements
- Extensive leadership experience in digital product management, with a clear focus on patient experience, with digital products such as mobile apps, online platforms, and/or omnichannel engagement tools.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and launch products that deliver outstanding experiences and measurable business results.
- Proven ability to drive and embed patient-centric design and agile delivery frameworks within cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare technology industries.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards in digital health.
- Proficiency in digital health, data analytics, and IT transformation.
Responsibilities
- Define a compelling product vision and strategic roadmap passionate about outstanding digital patient experiences. Leverage AI augmentation to compose seamless, intelligent, and personalized interactions across mobile, web, and omnichannel platforms.
- Integrate advanced AI technologies and data analytics into patient service products to anticipate patient needs, personalize engagement, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead full product lifecycle management - ideation, agile development, launch, and iterative enhancement - to deliver enduring products that drive loyalty and measurable business outcomes.
- Orchestrate cross-functional delivery, working collaboratively with technical, business, design teams, and external partners to develop integrated, innovative digital health solutions.
- Embed patient experience guidelines into the product suite, emphasizing intuitive design, accessibility, and proactive measurement of satisfaction and outcomes.
- Establish and report on goals and achievements to track product performance, usage, experience scores, and value creation.
- Stay abreast of global digital health trends, regulatory standards, and emerging AI technologies to ensure ongoing relevance, compliance, and competitiveness across the product portfolio.
