Requirements
Experience with AI and machine learning, with record of practical application of these technologies
10+ years of experience in data and analytics, with a focus on people data
Strong leadership and management skills with proven experience in transforming individuals into a high performing team
Ability to work well through ambiguity, confidence in making tough calls and leading through adversity with a sharp focus on the eventual right outcomes
Proven ability to work cross-functionally, develop analytics solutions to challenges and drive the implementation of the solution
Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand stories and insights
Master's degree in business administration, data science, statistics, or a related field
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of a strategic vision for people data and analytics
Develop and implement a data governance framework to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of people data
Build and lead a high-performing team of data analytics and data product managers
Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand stories and insights for broad audiences
Use data to drive decision-making and improve employee experience
Build an analytics culture by communicating the value of analytics to the broader People and Places and executive communities
Collaborate with other analytics and technology functions across the organization to collaborate on solutions, share best practices and insights and lead adoption of enterprise analytics technologies
