The company is seeking to elevate its People Insights function into a strategic, AI-enabled powerhouse to inform talent decisions and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Deep fluency with Workday—including data extraction, integration, and reporting—and the ability to bridge it with analytics tools and platforms
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Experience with AI/ML solutions (e.g., talent segmentation, skills inference, generative AI for workforce planning)
- Ability to communicate complex insights through clear storytelling that drives action at the highest levels
- Experience with analytics platforms and tools
- Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Experience with machine learning and statistical analysis
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-impact insights and advisory support to the Executive Leadership Team and HR Senior Leadership Team
- Lead talent intelligence initiatives that inform M&A assessments, org design, strategic workforce planning, and culture evolution
- Guide robust statistical and machine learning analyses and bridge analytics platforms with Workday
- Lead and evolve the People Insights team into a world-class function
- Champion a culture of data literacy across HR through tools, enablement, and strategic partnerships
Other
- 10–15 years of progressive experience in People Analytics, Data Science, Strategy, or Organizational Effectiveness with significant exposure to executive-level influence
- 8+ years leading high-performing teams, ideally in a global, matrixed organization
- Proven ability to communicate complex insights through clear storytelling that drives action at the highest levels
