Verisk Underwriting Solutions, Core Lines, is redefining its customer experience through the Reimagine program, which focuses on modernizing its Forms, Rules, and Loss Cost product and enabling digital delivery for integration into customer workflows. The Product Delivery Lead will help scale and align product development efforts for a portfolio of B2B insurance products.

Requirements

  • Deep experience configuring and using Jira across teams and workflows; familiarity with automation and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
  • Progressive experience in B2B web product management and multi-team coordination
  • Experience leading web or web/mobile product management teams
  • Experience partnering with IT to create strategic plans to improve overall customer journey
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Word and other communication, presentation tools like Domo, Datahub or Tableau
  • Preferred: familiarity with tools like Confluence, Jira Product Discovery, Jira Cloud, or similar.

Responsibilities

  • lead the development and refinement of Agile delivery practices, with a strong focus on Jira workflow design, sprint planning, and cross-team visibility.
  • establishing consistent processes for backlog management, prioritization, and delivery tracking that ensure accountability and predictability.
  • manage complex, division-wide initiatives—such as platform modernization, multi-product rollouts, and delivery tooling upgrades—working closely with Engineering, IT, and Business stakeholders.
  • Coordinates a global staff with the following roles: Digital Product Owners; Developers; Customer Research, Change Management and Communications; Analytics; Content

Other

  • 7+ years of experience in product ops, program management, or similar roles in a software development environment.
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience, ideally with product owners or technical program managers.
  • Proven success managing cross-functional delivery in a fast-paced, B2B software environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and change management skills.
  • Preferred: experience in the insurance industry or other highly regulated B2B sectors.
