StandardAero's Component Repair Services (CRS) segment needs to develop and lead the organization's pricing strategy and analytics function to drive revenue growth, margin optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Strong experience with pricing methodologies (e.g., cost-plus, value-based, competitive-based, dynamic pricing).
- Experience with statistical modeling, forecasting, and data visualization.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in pricing strategy, data analytics, or revenue management
- 4+ years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of StandardAero products, processes, and customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement pricing models that align with market dynamics, customer segments, and business goals.
- Lead price setting, discounting frameworks, and value-based pricing initiatives.
- Evaluate and refine pricing architecture across products, channels, and regions.
- Develop and lead the data analytics roadmap to support commercial decisions across marketing, sales, and finance.
- Build and manage dashboards, reporting systems, and predictive models using advanced analytics and BI tools.
- Analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with finance and sales to forecast revenue, monitor performance, and measure pricing effectiveness.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or related field.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and an eye for detail.
- Some travel may be required.
