The business and/or technical problem the job is looking to solve is framing and driving strategic Product and Engineering projects to support the growth of Private Brands, including leading category level New Product Development opportunities and leveraging the team to support Merchandising and Product development.

- Ability to convey complex or technical ideas and processes in easy-to-understand terms to diverse audiences
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow NPD category wide solutions by effectively apply Industrial and Design engineering resources working together with Product Development Merchants
- Oversee and prioritize the development of Value Engineering Costing Models, Value Add and NPD work
- Develop, coordinate and operationalized strategies to increase Product and Engineering support to enable PB growth

- Coach and develop by upgrading talent, develop associates and prepare the organization for growth
- Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
