Capital One is looking to reimagine the status quo, find value creation opportunities, and drive innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology, specifically in the US Card Data team, which is responsible for sourcing, rationalizing, standardizing, and publishing well-governed Credit Card data for analytical use cases within the company.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
  • Strong product management experience with a deep understanding of data systems, data processing, and user needs
  • Ability to leverage technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions that enable both near-term and long-term value
  • Ability to identify and resolve complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks

Responsibilities

  • Developing, processing, managing all stages of Credit Card data for the organization
  • Providing visionary, yet practical leadership to balance maximizing value to the business today while actively, and differentially enabling the move to a modern platform
  • Building and maintaining a highly engaged, high-performing team through a combination of development within the existing team and recruiting new talent
  • Playing a horizontal connective role to elevate the culture, talent, operating rhythms, and inclusivity in the broader team as it evolves and matures
  • Obsessing about internal and external customer needs to reimagine and innovate product solutions
  • Delivering game-changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellence
  • Leveraging technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions that enable both near-term and long-term value

Other

  • At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or a related field
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
  • Ability to work in a team and lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment
