Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio spanning consumer and/or B2B SaaS products.
- Demonstrated success designing commerce and monetization flows (e.g., subscriptions, checkout, payments).
- Proven experience crafting AI-forward customer experiences.
- Early adopter of AI in creative workflows including content generation, summarization, visual assets, and prototyping.
- Comfortable integrating AI capabilities into design solutions for enhanced personalization, automation, and decision support.
- Deep understanding of growth design, user acquisition, and conversion rate optimization.
- Proficiency in modern design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, FigJam) and data-informed design decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead the vision and execution for AI-infused user journeys across growth and commerce—from smart onboarding and recommendation engines to conversational interfaces and dynamic pricing flows.
- Guide the design of systems that respond to user behavior in real time, leveraging AI for personalization, optimization, and automation.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to define data-informed design strategies that increase acquisition, activation, engagement, and revenue.
- Optimize subscription flows, checkout experiences, and upsell mechanisms using AI insights and experimentation.
- Ensure high-quality execution of design work with attention to detail, usability, accessibility, and performance.
- Promote rapid iteration and experimentation through A/B testing and continuous UX improvements.
- Collaborate with Data Science and Machine Learning teams to translate models and algorithms into intuitive UX.
