Trimble is looking to fill a Director, Product Engineering role to oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products aligned with market needs and business objectives, and to lead the Product Engineering team with strategic direction and operational support.

Responsibilities
- Define and implement the product engineering roadmap, aligning with product strategy and business goals.
- Manage the product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Establish and maintain high-quality engineering standards and practices.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies, and recommend their adoption when appropriate.
- Oversee the budget and resources allocated to product engineering activities.
- Lead the Product Engineering team, providing strategic direction, coaching, and performance management.
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in product engineering leadership roles.
- Proven track record of success in managing and delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of engineers.
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
