Equifax is seeking a Director of Product Management to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Public Safety solutions, contributing to business growth and market leadership.
Requirements
- Exposure to cloud-based products and services, demonstrating an understanding of cloud architecture, infrastructure, and deployment models
- Experience writing detailed product requirements
- Solid understanding of product design, commercial model and packaging discussions
- Experience in Product tools required (Aha, JIRA, Figma)
- Experience demonstrating Design Thinking for innovation
- Use of Gemini in your day-to-day work
- Familiarity with design thinking principles
Responsibilities
- Own overall Market & Customer Understanding for product and product lines managed and articulate the product vision, ensuring alignment with strategy and goals
- Lead identification and drive prioritization of opportunities for, and manage development of, strategic partnerships & advise on buy, build, or partner approach
- Create the business case for new product concepts and pitch concepts
- Define the product roadmap used in product strategy and planning sessions across the Product Delivery Value Stream
- Lead descriptions and requirement definition for product development
- Manage market feedback efforts to drive product direction
- Drive product engagement and satisfaction and manage the product’s performance including attainment of revenue and margin objectives
Other
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline strongly preferred
- 7-10 years of related product management experience in a product-led organization required
- Team lead experience or demonstrated capabilities strongly desired
- Ability to collaborate effectively with and influence cross-functional teams
- Ability to interact with key decisions-makers within own function and across related functions
